How long does it take to complete an order?

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

Since our products are sealed health supplements, they cannot be opened or inspected before delivery — as this would compromise safety and hygiene.

However, you’re fully protected:

I just placed an order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your order ID. Even you can receive a call before shipping your order.
If you don’t see it within 5 minutes, check your spam/promotions folder — or reach out to us.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp once your package is dispatched (usually within 24 hours).

Can I change my delivery address or phone number after placing an order?

What if my package is delayed?

Occasionally, courier delays happen due to weather or regional issues.

Yes, you can cancel within 2 hours of placing it.
After that, if it's already shipped, cancellation won’t be possible — but we’re always here to help if you made a mistake.

 I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
