This policy explains how ThreeDosha Wellness Private Limited ("ThreeDosha", "we") handles personal data collected through threedosha.com, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Contact and order details you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
  • Order and payment metadata: items bought, order value, payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway — we never see or store them.
  • Health-related information only if you volunteer it (for example, in the quiz or a support email). You are never required to share it.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order, and to handle refunds under our guarantee.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer care.
  • To send order updates. Marketing email or WhatsApp is sent only with your consent and can be stopped at any time.
  • To measure site performance and improve the store.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with service providers who work on our behalf: our e-commerce platform, payment gateways, logistics and courier partners, email/SMS providers and analytics providers. They may process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies that help us understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can refuse non-essential cookies through your browser settings; the store will still work.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required under tax and company law (currently up to eight years). Marketing contact data is kept until you withdraw consent. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years.

Your rights

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
  • Request erasure of your data, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

To exercise any of these, write to support@threedosha.in from the email address linked to your order. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our products and this store are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Grievance officer
