Refund policy
Refund, Cancellation & Guarantee Policy
We would rather refund you than have you keep a product that isn't working. Here is exactly how that works, in plain English.
Last updated: 6 August 2026
Try it free for 90 days.
Take it every day. If it hasn't worked by the end of one full cycle, email us and we'll refund every rupee — even on an empty bottle. You only pay if it works. One claim per customer; full terms apply.
Conditions:
- Applies to your first purchase of a given product, one claim per customer or household.
- Write to us within 15 days of the end of your 90-day period, from the email address used to place the order.
- We may ask how you took the product; we do not require you to return an empty bottle.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges already paid are not refunded.
- Not available on bulk, reseller or corporate orders.
"Try it free" describes the outcome of a successful refund claim — you pay at the time of purchase and get your money back if the product hasn't worked for you within the terms above. It is not a free trial or a zero-payment offer.
How to claim
- Email support@threedosha.in with your order number and the words "90-day guarantee".
- Tell us briefly how you took the product — it helps us improve the formula, and it is not a test you can fail.
- We confirm within 2 working days and process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing support@threedosha.in. Once a parcel has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled, but the guarantee still applies.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the parcel and the product. We replace or refund in full, including shipping, at no cost to you. Because these are consumable food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for reasons of hygiene other than under the guarantee above.
Cash on delivery
COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for that address.
