ThreeDosha products are nutraceutical / dietary supplements, not medicines.
Results may vary based on individual physiology, lifestyle, diet, skin type, compliance, and other external factors.

Nothing on this website or in our policies constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, in accordance with FSSAI regulations.

general return policy

We offer a 30-day return request window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, untampered, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Returns require prior written approval from our support team.

Customer Responsibility (Important)

If a return or refund is approved, the customer must ship the remaining/unused product back at their own cost.

We do not provide reverse pickup unless legally required.

Products sent without approval will be rejected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Glow Mode does not guarantee cosmetic, dermatological, or medical outcomes.
Any references to “results” are subjective, individual, and non-uniform, as required under ASCI guidelines.

Eligibility Conditions

To request a refund under Glow Mode’s conditional results-based policy, customers must:

Capture a clear front-facing photograph before starting usage
(date visible via timestamp or newspaper).

Capture follow-up photos after:

7 days

14 days

21 days

30 days of consistent use as per label directions

Review & Approval

All refund claims are subject to internal review.

Approval is based on:

Image clarity

Consistency

Proper usage

Absence of image manipulation

If approved, the remaining product must be returned at customer’s expense.

Refunds are processed only after product return and inspection.

ThreeDosha reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject claims.
