We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with all seals, tags, and in the original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us through Contact Us Page .

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

Important Notes

Refunds/returns will not be accepted for products that are opened, used, or tampered with (except under Glow Mode’s picture-based guarantee).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As per Indian Consumer Protection laws, customers are entitled to fair redressal in case of defective or misrepresented products.

Because Glow Mode is designed to work gradually on your skin health, our refund process for this product includes a visible results check:

Take a clear picture of your face (front view) before starting Glow Mode (with date visible — timestamp or newspaper).

Take another picture after 7 days of consistent use.

Take a final picture after 14 days, 21 days and 30 days of use.

If there is no visible difference between the three pictures, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: Refunds are subject to review. If the submitted pictures show no visible improvement, your refund will be processed after product return and inspection.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds/returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that are opened or used (except Glow Mode under the picture-proof guarantee).

Items returned without proper approval or without original packaging.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.

Free gifts, trial packs, or promotional items.
