Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us again at support@threedosha.com.
Exclusions
Refunds/returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products that are opened or used (except Glow Mode under the picture-proof guarantee).
Items returned without proper approval or without original packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
Free gifts, trial packs, or promotional items.
