ThreeDosha was born out of frustration—
after 21 years of working in India’s top Ayurvedic companies and leading US supplement brands, our founder saw the same issue again and again: “Most people don’t need more pills. They need the right ones for their Dosha.”

 

After traveling to Tibet, researching Himalayan botanicals, and working with monks, scientists, and students across the world, he built a vision: A bridge between East and West., Between Ayurveda and neuroscience., Between imbalance and wholeness.
